Building a specialized cold-chain and regulatory compliance ledger for Phase II/III clinical trials across 120+ top tertiary care hospitals in India.

The Financial Bleed:

Over 40% of biological sample integrity issues in Indian clinical trials arise from fragmented temperature monitoring and delayed custody transfers across logistics vendors.

Ideal Candidate Profile

8+ years of full-stack engineering with experience in distributed systems and IoT telemetry.
Experience architecting compliant data pipelines (HIPAA/GAMP5 awareness is a plus).
Ability to build and lead the core 4-person engineering team in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR.

Core Day-1 Responsibilities

Own the entire technical architecture from Day 1: mobile field telemetry app and enterprise dashboard.
Set engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and security posture.
Partner with the domain founder on enterprise customer integrations with hospital networks.
